«Offrande» is the result of a first research work of Tonia Schilling on water. In an eternal movement, between tenderness and ravaging force, the play revolves around the purification aspect of this element, the dancers in the programme devote themselves in body and soul to the adorning of water as a source of life.

 

The play was taken up and reworked in 2005, and again in 2009, and presented in a trilogy or four-volume production with other plays on the four elements under the title «Sources…».
